Defeat the Warden of Ash once and open the chest beside the arena exit. The sigil is guaranteed on the first victory and does not depend on an optional room.
If the carried inventory is full, Frostburst Sigil moves to equipment storage at camp. It does not disappear when the chest is opened.

Effect
Frostburst Sigil increases stagger against enemies that are burning. It does not increase ordinary frost damage, so use it when the encounter reliably applies the burning state.
The bonus is strongest during controlled attack windows. Rapid weak hits can trigger stagger sooner, but a charged frost hit takes better advantage of the opening.
Best builds
Frostbreaker is the clearest fit because Glacial Lance maintains range while Rimeguard skills extend frost duration. The sigil helps the build reach a stagger before its defensive resources expire.

Alternatives
Use a general stamina sigil when an encounter cannot burn or when survival limits attack time. The extra actions can provide more value than a condition that rarely activates.
